Born and raised in Ohio, I moved to Grand Rapids in 1976 after graduating from Ohio State University. I spent my first few years building and remodeling homes. In 1983 I was licensed as a Realtor and went to work with a local firm. In 1986 I was licensed as a Broker and opened Michael L. Bass Realty Company. After many successful years, I closed my doors in 1990 and joined Greenridge Realty, Inc. and opened a North side office. In 2000 after building the office up to 40-agents, I moved on to become Vice President of Sales. As part of the leadership team of West Michigan's largest real estate company, I am dedicated to improving and growing our total operation, which includes brokerage, mortgage, title insurance, home insurance, warrantee and more. Please feel free to contact me with any question, wants and or needs.
